Resurfacing is a quietly assertive abstract work that explores repetition, erosion, and the persistence of form. Built through layered gestures and restrained mark-making, the composition reveals looping graphite lines that appear to surface, recede, and re-emerge across a softly worked neutral ground. The surface bears evidence of process — brushed passages, faint erasures, and tonal shifts that suggest time, revision, and movement held in suspension.

The palette is intentionally muted, allowing texture and line to carry the composition.
