Unsigned, the work is executed in oil on canvas board and appears consistent with mid-20th-century modernist painting, likely circa the 1950s–1960s.

Presented in a substantial distressed wood frame with deep reddish-brown panels, dark molded borders, and a warm ochre inner liner. The weathered frame gives the painting considerable character and works especially well with the earthy palette and spontaneous brushwork.

A distinctive small-scale original painting for a gallery wall, study, library, or eclectic interior, particularly suited to Mid-Century Modern, modernist, rustic, and collected spaces.
