Two-piece Italian hutch cabinet veneered in dramatically-figured rosewood burl with contrasting birdseye maple interiors, combining streamlined Art Deco and early modern influences in a substantial architectural form. The upper section features twin side cabinets with curved outer corners flanking a central open display area enclosed with sliding glass panels and fitted with adjustable shelving. Dramatic mirrored rosewood grain patterns extend across the cabinet fronts, while the lower section incorporates a large double-door storage compartment beside a vertical bank of four drawers fitted with geometric brass pulls. Rounded horizontal trim lines and softened edges reinforce the cabinet's period style.
