Large single-sided porcelain enamel roadside sign advertising Springhill Mobil Court & Sales. The cream-colored face features bold dark green lettering, a matching border, and a large directional arrow pointing left. A stylized mid-century mobile home surrounded by trees and tropical foliage provides a particularly appealing period graphic. The porcelain panel is secured within its original reinforced steel perimeter frame, giving the sign a substantial architectural presence.
