the lamps feature distinctive, tall shades made of heavy, pressed glass with a geometric star pattern, set in black bakelite housings. The embossed surface of the glass effectively diffuses the light, creating a highly decorative effect whether the lamps are on or off.

each lamp is equipped with two original porcelain bulb sockets. The characteristic construction and the manufacturer’s markings (erco) have been preserved.

the lamps feature a very attractive form typical of mid-20th-century german lighting design, combining a functional construction with striking, sculptural glass. They fit perfectly into mid-century modern, space age, vintage, and modernist interiors.
