Sculptural wall sconce in the style of Maison Jansen, with a bronze fist gripping a slender torch-like rod. The rod has a dark blue-green lacquered finish and contrasting gold-tone bands. The ribbed, swirled glass shade in amber and cream tones is included. Dated to the 1950s. Offered as a single sconce; the Maison Jansen reference is a style attribution, not a documented maker claim. Height 45 cm, width 11 cm and depth 20 cm; backplate 8 x 10 cm. Good vintage condition with age-consistent wear. Tested and prepared for hardwired wall installation.
