The piece has a … Read more Italian ceiling lamp from the 1960s in the style of sergio mazza and early artemide lighting. The piece has a strong modernist construction, combining a white central body with polished chrome details and a ribbed glass diffuser underneath. The spring suspension gives the lamp a technical, almost architectural character and adds a distinctive period detail. The rounded diffuser softens the light beautifully, while the chrome ring and cylindrical upper section give the lamp a clean and structured appearance. Its design works well above a dining table, in a hallway, kitchen, studio or entrance area, especially in interiors with italian mid-century or modernist furniture. The lamp is offered in the style of sergio mazza / artemide and is not presented as an original artemide production. The chrome and painted surfaces show age-related traces, including small marks, patina and light wear. The ribbed glass diffuser remains visually attractive and gives the piece its elegant 1960s character. The light requires one e27 light bulb.
