A charming, humorous earthenware pitcher made in the early 20th century by the Saint-Amand-les-Eaux factory.
It depicts a jovial male figure, dressed in a brown suit adorned with a green bow tie and wearing a blue hat. His expressive face, warm colors, and amusing silhouette make it a particularly decorative piece.
The handle is integrated into the back of the figure, while his hat forms the spout. The base is inscribed with the words "Modèle déposée" (Registered Design) and a number.
