Pair of Art Deco-style table lamps dating to the 1940s. Rectangular black lacquered metal bodies sit above square brass feet, with round brass rosettes decorating the faces. Exposed brass-toned fittings and small switches complete the compact geometric design.
The black finish shows scratches, worn edges and visible areas of lacquer loss, including a more prominent loss near the upper front corner of one lamp. The metal fittings have aged patina. These details are shown in the photographs.
