Dutch Art Deco Oak Mirror with Ebonized Details, 1920s–30s
An exceptional Dutch Art Deco wall mirror from the 1920s Amsterdam School movement. This striking piece showcases a bold, architectural frame crafted from richly figured quarter-sawn oak with a warm, expressive grain. The distinctive pointed silhouette is tastefully accented with ebonized wooden details, including scalloped side trims, a bottom crest, and a top teardrop finial.
Originating in the Dutch capital in the 1920s, this unique style is rooted in Expressionist architecture and draws elements from Jugendstil (Art Nouveau)
