Nautical-style table lamp dating to the 1980s. Its gold-plated metal body draws on the appearance of maritime signal lamps, with paired canisters suspended on chains, a control-style housing and a decorative ship-name plaque. The pale glass dome shade gives the substantial metal fitting a softly diffused light.
This is a decorative electric lamp inspired by maritime equipment, rather than a documented working lamp recovered from a ship. The historical date on the decorative plaque does not represent the lamp’s production date.
