Large "tulip" table lamp produced by lita in france, circa 1970.
a graphic silhouette characteristic of the period: a wide globe in white opaline plastic, outlined in black, resting on a long cylindrical stem in black lacquered metal and a circular base. The contrast between the glossy black and the opaline gives it a presence that is both understated and sculptural.
