The individual elements can be connected using metal connectors inserted into the structure, allowing the sofa's configuration to be adjusted depending on the available space. This solution fits well with the Italian design of the 1970s, when the development of modular furniture allowed for a shift away from the traditional, compact sofa form in favor of more flexible seating systems. The sofa is in very good original condition and is fully assembled. The upholstery fabric has been laundered.
