This beautiful vintage rug from mid-20th century Turkey features an intricate design, which is enhanced by lustrous wool. The light grey ground is home to the central, multi-layered medallion enhanced with floral and sub-geometric motifs. A multitude of main and guard borders are extensions of these motifs. This piece is undoubtedly an elegant and unique work of art with grey, lavender, taupe, and ivory hues.
