From the living estate of prominent Arizona brutalist sculpture artist John Gleason, add dramatic, warm ambiance to your space with this monumental Art Nouveau style cameo glass mushroom table lamp, designed in the legendary manner of French glassmaker Émile Gallé.
Crafted from multi-layered art glass, the piece features striking acid-etched and carved relief work. A continuous, fiery motif of blossoming floral petals and trailing leaves wraps seamlessly around both the wide domed shade and the tapering columnar base. When unlit, the glass displays deep tones of plum, burgundy, and burnt orange against a matte amber-yellow ground. When illuminated, it transforms completely, casting a rich, glowing sunset radiance throughout the room.
