Large Vintage Terracotta Planter with Beautiful Aged Patina
Beautiful oversized vintage terracotta garden planter with incredible natural age, weathering and patina. Approximately 24” wide × 19–20” tall.
This pot has a wonderful old-world Mediterranean / Tuscan look with a thick rolled rim, warm terracotta coloring, mineral deposits and naturally aged surface that gives it tons of character. It would look beautiful planted with an olive tree, citrus tree, topiary, lavender or other statement plant.
The planter shows significant authentic vintage weathering and surface wear, including areas of chipping/flaking, mineral buildup, discoloration and imperfections from age and outdoor use. Please look closely at photos for condition. I have left the patina as-is rather than cleaning or restoring it.
I believe this may be Italian, but I have not confirmed a maker or country-of-origin marking, so I am selling it as an Italian/Mediterranean-style vintage terracotta planter.
