Beautiful vintage settee with a solid carved wood frame in a rich walnut/mahogany tone. Classic Louis XVI styling throughout: fluted and tapered legs, carved rosette medallions at the arm posts, egg-and-dart molding along the top rail, and a Greek key carved apron under the seat.
Recently reupholstered in a fresh cream/ivory fabric, with the seat cushion reinforced for extra support and longevity. Clean lines, elegant silhouette — would work beautifully in a formal living room, entryway, or as a statement piece in a bedroom.
