These classic molded chairs feature golden mustard-yellow fiberglass shells paired with bronze-tone square tubular metal stacking frames.

Unlike the companion Howell pair, these two chairs have a single molded line detail across the lower backrest. The chairs retain Howell manufacturer identification, including the wonderful original red Howell label reading “America’s First and Foremost Manufacturer of Modern Metal Furniture — St. Charles, Illinois.”

The translucent fiberglass construction reveals the characteristic strands throughout the shells, giving these chairs the unmistakable texture and character of early molded fiberglass furniture.

Great as dining chairs, occasional seating or statement chairs in a mid-century, eclectic or contemporary interior.
