The piece was manufactured in India utilizing a pair of authentic, repurposed antique Indian courtyard doors. It is constructed from exceptionally heavy, dense solid Indian hardwood that displays the high density and rich character typical of premium seasoned Sheesham wood.

Doors & Carvings
* Hand-carved door panels: Features six individual, deep-relief hand-carved panels with a radiating starburst mandala motif. True to authentic artisan heritage, each of the six circular carvings features completely unique architectural detailing.
* Hardware: Richly adorned with traditional domed antique brass studs running along the structural framing panels. Complemented by heavy hand-forged iron ring pulls and a central interlocking metal door latch.
* Authentic Construction: The back of the doors displays traditional, hand-bent clenched iron nail tails. This historic carpentry technique securely fastens the front-facing brass studs and provides undeniable structural evidence of the doors' genuine antique architectural origin.

Interior & Storage
* Interior Storage: Three fixed solid wood shelves creating four large storage compartments.
* Interior Condition: The inner door panels show some natural weathering and oxidation with character-rich spotting around the hardware. A natural feature of the reclaimed antique wood.

Mechanical Note
* True to its reclaimed antique components, the small latch at the top of the left door sits slightly loose to smoothly bypass one of the historic brass studs. The authentic nail holding the latch can easily be pushed back into place.

Condition Details
* General Structure: Good structural condition with normal wear consistent with age and material.
Finish Note: Minor cosmetic finish wear present on the top exterior corners.
Surface Markings: Features light, minor speckled natural oxidation markings present on portions of the outer surface, particularly the side panels, consistent with the age and organic patina of the wood. The piece is entirely clean, dry, and has been kept in my home.
