Description:
Presenting a magnificent and highly decorative vintage Chinese hardwood cabinet. Crafted from dense, richly grained Huali Rosewood with a beautiful, warm reddish-brown patina and clear "ox-hair" grain, this chest features a classic layout perfect for tea storage or collectibles.

The cabinet features a classic three-sided gallery railing at the top, designed to prevent items from falling. The front is fitted with five drawers in a staggered configuration (three smaller drawers on top, two larger ones below). Each drawer is fitted with an aged bronze ruyi (cloud) shaped drop pull. The sides showcase the beautiful natural wood grain. The piece is built using traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery.

Condition: Excellent condition. The wood is solid and sturdy with a beautiful natural patina. The delicate gallery rails and drawers are fully intact. The drawers slide smoothly.
