Painted in a warm, muted palette with the soft matte texture characteristic of tempera, giving the piece a wonderful mid-century feel.

Signed R. Gosney and dated 1956. Original handwritten identification and R. L. Gosney Art Studio, Indianapolis labels remain with the artwork.

Recently reframed with warm cream matting, protective glass and new acid-free backing. The original labels were carefully removed from the previous backing and reapplied to the new backing.

Presented in an elegant frame, this charming vintage still life works beautifully in a kitchen, dining room or collected gallery wall.
