Two-piece Renaissance Revival oak sideboard or china cabinet featuring a projecting molded cornice, turned supports, and richly paneled construction. The upper hutch has two leaded and colored-glass cabinet doors opening to a shelved display interior. Below is an open serving gallery with a turned spindle rail and decoratively carved back panel. The base features two frieze drawers above a two-door cupboard with deeply molded panels centered by carved floral motifs. Brass ring pulls, turned columns, and bold architectural moldings complete the late Victorian design. The upper section separates from the base for easier transportation and installation.
