A distinctive table lamp by alvino bagni from the 1970s. With its round, almost spherical shape, it is a typical example of the space age era. The simple form and the strong contrast between the dark base and the white lampshade give the lamp a very clean and modern look.
the base is made of dark brown, glossy glazed ceramic. A hemispherical shade of white opal glass sits atop it. When switched off, the two parts together form an almost completely closed sphere. The glass shade is removable, revealing the light source underneath.
the original cable with switch and plug is present and reflects the lamp's period character.
condition:
good vintage condition. There are some scratches on the white glass shade. The cable, switch, and plug also show age-related discoloration and signs of wear.
