It offers warmth and touch where the stone and glass are cool and hard.

The oak is solid European timber left in its natural finish, its honey-to-amber tone and open grain warm to the touch and warmer still in a room. It is the most tactile material in the range, a solid oak surface that ages and settles over time. European oak was chosen for its density as much as its grain, a timber that takes the interlocking construction without reinforcement and that improves rather than dulls with use. It is a surface meant to be lived with.

Nothing about the making is concealed. Two boards of solid oak are slotted one through the other into an interlocking cross-leg base, the join shown openly as the single detail of the design.

The solid oak coffee table asks little of a room and gives it a centre, at home in front of a sofa. Like every Lebanto piece, the Minami is made to order in Cantù, in the historic heart of Lombardy's furniture district, from a curated material palette of full-slab stone, solid timber, and premium Italian glass.
