Designed … Read more A complete unused Christofle Albi silver-plated flatware service for four, comprising four 5-piece place settings and 20 pieces total.

Designed with the restrained, architectural lines for which Christofle’s Albi collection is known, the pattern takes inspiration from the clean lines of the cathedral in Albi, France. Albi remains one of Christofle’s enduring flatware collections; the current silver-plated 5-piece place setting retails for $625.

Each setting includes a dinner knife, dinner fork, salad fork, dinner/table spoon and coffee/tea spoon.

Remarkably, all 20 pieces remain individually sealed in their original Christofle “Orfèvre à Paris” sleeves and appear never to have been used. They have intentionally not been opened or polished.

Due to long-term storage, several pieces exhibit areas of natural tarnish or oxidation visible through the original packaging. This has been photographed in detail and is consistent with unpolished silverplate that has remained stored for an extended period. Original sealed condition has been preserved rather than opening the sleeves for cosmetic polishing.
