This Chippendale-style chest of drawers by Kittinger Furniture (Model #733) is crafted from knotty pine with a warm amber finish. Built with exceptional craftsmanship, it features four graduated, bead-molded drawers with dovetail joinery and oak drawer boxes.
The front face is flanked by fluted pilaster quarter-columns, and the chest rests on straight bracket feet. Solid brass Chippendale batwing bail pulls adorn each drawer front. An internal metal tag identifies the maker, along with hand-marked model numbers beneath the base. Stamped markings indicate professional restoration/maintenance by Morris Goldberg in April 1991.
