Charming art deco chest of drawers from the 1950s, fully restored in an elegant green. Its clean lines and pleasing proportions make it as decorative as it is functional.
materials: made of solid wood, this chest of drawers retains its original wooden knobs and antique (non-functional) locks. It is finished in farrow & ball's card room green.
features: the chest of drawers opens with four large drawers offering ample storage space. Its front is punctuated by horizontal moldings and slender fluted uprights, characteristic of its art deco aesthetic. Its compact dimensions make it easy to place in a bedroom, entryway, or living room.
restored: the art deco chest of drawers was completely sanded and cleaned in the workshop, then painted in farrow & ball's card room green, a deep, grayish green that beautifully highlights its lines and texture.
dimensions: w80 x d45 x h90 cm.
drawers: w61 x h13 cm.
condition: the chest of drawers is sound, sturdy, and stable on its feet. Beneath the paint, it retains traces of its past life. The left-hand knob of the top drawer is slightly different from the others.
