The sculptural base is composed of four dramatic faceted solid Lucite supports, cut and polished to resemble elongated diamonds. Clear Lucite stretchers connect the supports, creating a geometric framework that appears almost weightless while refracting and reflecting light through its numerous polished planes. The design gives the table a distinctly jewel-like, crystalline presence, which inspired the Diamante name.
