designed by johannes andersen for j. Skaaning & søn, the "sk661" bar unit combines a particularly elaborate arrangement of compartments and surfaces in a compact structure. Crafted from teak, its front is crossed by a band of carved geometric motifs, while shaped handles and slightly curved sides complement the design. The upper section folds open to form a black-surfaced serving surface, revealing a mirror, glass shelves, and shaped bottle holders. Open compartments, sliding doors, a pull-out tray, and a large lower compartment complete the cabinet's organization. Designed as a freestanding piece, it features a footrest with a metal bar on the back, allowing it to be used as a small home counter. Good condition. May show signs of wear.
