Dating to the 1950s and 1960s, the table combines a teak top with a pronounced grain and a stained beech frame, creating a subtle contrast between the different wood surfaces. The top is defined by a slightly contoured profile, with delicately curved long sides and a slight taper towards the ends, which softens the geometry and gives greater momentum to the design. It is supported by four tapered legs and essential perimeter bands, creating a lightweight and well-proportioned construction. Two 40 cm extendable side extensions are integrated beneath the top, allowing for a significant increase in surface area while maintaining the clean design. The simplicity of the structure, the fully integrated extension system, and the combination of teak and stained beech reflect the functional approach of Scandinavian production of the period.
