A danish design classic in perfect condition. Designed by sidse werner for holmegaard in 1981, the apoteker pendant takes its name and silhouette from the elegant proportions of traditional apothecary jars — a form that has made it one of the most recognisable danish glass pendants of the late twentieth century. This is the large model (ø38 cm), complete with its original holmegaard attribution mark.
crafted from white opaline glass, the apoteker diffuses light gently in all directions, producing a warm, glare-free glow that works equally well above a dining table, kitchen island, or in a living space. The ribbed neck collar — the lamp's most distinctive sculptural detail — gives it an immediate visual presence even when unlit. This piece has an attribution mark,
