Designer Louise Liljencrantz created the model in 2022 and named it after her grandmother, Marga von Dardel, her greatest role model. The softly flowing, organic form makes the sofa interesting from every angle and gives it an almost sculptural presence. The bouclé fabric upholstery in gray emphasizes the plush, inviting silhouette, while the short, turned wooden legs provide a grounding, warm counterpoint to the compact frame. Despite its striking, almost majestic seating area, the Margas appears cozy and uncomplicated thanks to its compact proportions – ideal also as a stylish room divider in smaller living rooms.
