The table has a clear geometric construction with straight legs, low stretchers and subtle darker accents throughout the base. The tabletop is composed of carefully arranged oak sections framed around the edges, allowing the natural grain and tonal variations of the wood to remain visible. An integrated extension mechanism allows the table to expand considerably, while the structure retains a calm and balanced appearance when fully extended. Its restrained lines, solid craftsmanship and refined detailing correspond closely with Dutch Hague School furniture from the interwar period. In very good vintage condition with signs of use and patina consistent with age.
