Based out of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, New Mexico, the artists originally worked with brass, silver, and pewter starting in 1985 before mastering a proprietary hand-polishing and texturing process for aluminum. While the sleek, bridge-like form gives off a distinct Mid-Century Scandinavian vibe, the stamped zig-zag pattern on the sides is actually a signature Southwestern/Navajo-inspired geometric motif heavily featured in Webb's work. Because they are made of high-grade aluminum rather than traditional silver or pewter, these pieces will never oxidize or require aggressive metal polishing to maintain that bright, reflective sheen. They offer the bold, substantial presence of heavy cast metal, but are incredibly easy to move, store, and clean. See less
