Set of four geometric compartment plates produced by Rosenthal in Germany as part of the Studio-Linie.
Made from warm beige porcelain, each softly squared plate is divided into one large and three smaller compartments. The asymmetric geometry creates different compositions depending on the orientation of each piece, giving the complete set a particularly graphic appearance when arranged together.
A fine blue line follows the contours of the design and provides a restrained contrast to the neutral beige glaze. The decoration is hand-painted, as indicated by the “Handgemalt” inscription underneath each plate.
Each piece also bears the original Rosenthal Studio-Linie factory mark.
The four plates are preserved in excellent vintage condition with minimal signs consistent with age and use. No chips.
Dimensions: 23 × 23 × H 2 cm each. This piece has an attribution mark,
