A fine piece of Danish craftsmanship from the 1960s, manufactured by Silkeborg and still featuring the original Danish hallmark and number 793 on the back.

The frame is constructed from multiple carefully shaped sections of solid teak wood. The joints have been deliberately left visible and follow the curve of the design. It is precisely this detail that beautifully demonstrates the attention to detail in the construction. The wood has a lively grain and a warm color typical of Scandinavian design from this period.

with its dimensions of 78 by 56 cm, the mirror has a substantial presence on the wall, while its calm oval shape makes it easy to combine with other elements. It looks beautiful above a sideboard or chest of drawers, but also as a standalone mirror in a hallway or bedroom. Thanks to the original mounting points on the back, it can be positioned both vertically and horizontally. The original mirror glass is also exceptionally well preserved, without any unsightly weather marks or damage.
