The first composition presents a riverside landscape enlivened by figures, horsemen, and a carriage, dominated by an imposing architectural structure on the right and ancient buildings such as a tower on the left.

The second depicts a city populated with figures, featuring majestic classical architecture and a wide vista opening onto the landscape.

Oils on canvas presented in antique frames with some losses and damage.

The canvases do not appear to have been relined but are in good condition with some signs of wear: scratches, wear, and superficial marks.
