CONDITION NOTES: Requiring some general repairs. Being sold AS-IS. Please see condition description below.
Beautiful large antique European Art Deco blonde wood linen or wardrobe armoire cabinet in the style of Jules Leleu circa 1940. Impeccably crafted. Original full-length interior beveled mirrors. Interior shelves and drawers. Original working brass keys included. The entire cabinet was designed and built to disassemble into sections and has all original steel assembly hardware. Provenance: The Carlyle Hotel, NYC.
CONDITION
The cabinet needs some minor restoration and repairs. Being sold AS-IS. Fair condition with wear consistent with age and use. Overall antique appearance with scattered scuffs and scratches, areas of veneer loss and lifting and general repairs as shown in photos. Double centers doors with diamond pattern paequetry surface is likely a later modification. Original working key included. As noted, cabinet can be disassembled for transport.
