The work depicts a haloed figure of Jesus Christ standing and addressing a group of seated figures or elders in a stylized, medieval illuminated manuscript aesthetic. The central miniature painting is set within a decorative dark wood panel featuring floral and scroll inlay accents. This central piece is mounted on a woven linen matboard and housed inside a clean, natural wood shadowbox frame.
