Woven in Mexico during the fourth quarter of the 20th century, it reflects the rich textile traditions of the region.

The green bands are thoughtfully separated by ivory bands featuring intricate designs in brown, orange, and black, adding depth and visual interest to the overall composition. As a flat-woven kilim-style textile, it presents two sides�one gently faded from light exposure over time, and the other preserving deeper, richer tones.
