A rare and expressive mid-20th-century Chinese glazed porcelain figure of a Luohan (Arhat), created in the distinct artistic style of master ceramicist Zeng Longsheng (1901–1964). Finely modeled with intense facial features, seated atop a rocky outcrop with a mythical beast resting at his feet.
