Very good used condition. Made in the early 1970s.
Hans-Theodor Baumann
Born in 1924 in Basel, Switzerland. After completing his apprenticeship as a textile technician, Hans Theo Baumann studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden from 1943 to 1946, followed by graphic design and interior architecture at the School of Applied Arts in Basel. from 1954, Baumann worked as a freelance designer for Rosenthal. In 1955, he opened his own studio, primarily designing glass and ceramic objects. Hans Theo Baumann is an artist and a true all-rounder among designers. Hardly a household exists without an object designed by him. Philip Rosenthal described his work as "independent, undogmatic, and stimulating." This piece has an attribution mark,
