Original extendable table, designed by Henning Kjærnulf for Vejle Stole & Møbelfabrik in Denmark in the 1960s. The design combines the clean lines of Scandinavian mid-century design with exceptional functionality and the finest Danish craftsmanship. Characteristic features include the elegantly angled solid wood legs and the harmoniously rounded edge of the tabletop, which lend the table a light and elegant appearance despite its generous dimensions.

The table is finished with a high-quality teak veneer and features two original integrated extension leaves that are discreetly concealed beneath the tabletop and remain completely invisible when closed. This ingenious design allows for quick and easy expansion of the table surface without the need for separate storage of the extension leaves. When extended, the table comfortably seats eight to ten people.

Condition: Expertly refinished surface. The teak veneer is in very good and stable vintage condition with an authentic patina, slight age-related discoloration on the tabletop, and a few subtle signs of wear.
