The central section is adorned with a regular pattern of small rectangular wooden pieces arranged alternately in various directions. The entire piece is surrounded by a decorative border of diagonally arranged pieces, forming a distinct frame for the composition.

The tray has a distinctive, polygonal, slightly stylized shape and four decorative, contoured handles made of darker wood. The combination of golden and dark brown wood tones gives it a highly decorative character.
