A superb antique Queen Anne style console table by Hille of London. This was made in England and dates from around the 1920’s.
The quality is outstanding, this is a large and impressive size. It has beautiful and very fine carving throughout, including a gadrooned top edge, acanthus leaf carving at the knees and hairy paw feet. There is a large single drawer with fine, hand cut dovetailed joints. There is a raised gallery on the back and sides of the top, this has lovely grain patterns and colour tones.
The condition is excellent for its age, with only some extremely minor wear here and there.

Depth – 24 inches , 61 cm
Height – 35 inches , 89 cm This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
