Set of three authentic Tolix Marais H65 counter-height stools in a soft grey-beige painted finish.
An enduring French industrial design, the Marais H stool traces its lineage to Xavier Pauchard’s iconic 1930s pressed-steel furniture design, produced by Tolix in France. Each stool features the characteristic gently rounded square seat with central handhold, tapered legs, tubular footrests and reinforcing cross-braces beneath the seat. The stools are embossed TOLIX at the front apron and nest neatly together for compact storage.
The neutral grey-beige finish gives this set a softer, more residential feel than the more common galvanized or brightly colored Tolix examples, making them especially easy to use at a kitchen island, counter, worktable or casual dining area.
Constructed of painted steel and designed for everyday use. The set shows authentic wear from use, including scattered paint chips, small scratches, scuffs and minor dings, all visible in the photographs. Structurally solid and stable.
