This impeccable, vintage Hall China Company cobalt blue "Donut" (or Doughnut) teapot is an iconic Art Deco/mid-century modern design originally introduced in 1938.
Made in USA, in East Liverpool, Ohio, the "Doughnut" novelty teapot features a distinctive circular, ring-shaped body with an open center hole, a sleek handle, and a matching lid.
Glossy, rich cobalt blue single-fired glaze.
The base is stamped with "Hall" and "Made in U.S.A." (exact production eras go from the late 1930s through the 1950s/70s).
