The painted surfaces are exceptionally well-preserved with sharp contrast and rich color tones. Fine natural aging is present in the form of light surface dust, minor superficial scuffs from handling, and an inherent wood knot on the reverse side of the log section, which reflects its organic, hand-carved origin. The base is sturdy, level, and securely carries the handwritten title and artist's initials.1251 less
