Finished in a soft cream or antique white, it features five spacious drawers with dimensional paneled fronts and coordinating round wooden knobs. The upper two drawers are designed with divided-panel facades, giving the chest the appearance of additional smaller drawers while preserving full-width interior storage. Decorative details include fluted corner columns, layered molding, a geometric carved frieze, and a shaped plinth base. Its tall, relatively narrow proportions provide ample clothing or linen storage without requiring the floor space of a wide dresser. The Lexington maker’s mark appears inside the drawer.
