An exceptional example of refined craftsmanship, this Neoclassical demilune console chest by Niermann Weeks brings classic European sophistication to any interior. The semicircular top is adorned with a hand-painted fan sunburst design in warm cream and parchment tones, framed by subtle gilded banding along the sweeping curved edge.
Below, the facade is decorated with hand-painted gold acanthus leaf scrollwork along the top frieze. The functional design features three central curved drawers flanked by two side cabinet doors, each accented with dark antiqued rosette pull knobs. The chest stands gracefully on tapered, turned legs accented with gold leaf rings near the top and foot. Bearing the authentic metallic Niermann Weeks medallion on the upper back corner, this versatile piece serves as an ideal focal point for an entryway, hallway, or dining space.
